Sweet 'N Sour Mini Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 lb. boneless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 medium green peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 envelope tomato-onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    On wooden toothpicks, alternately thread pineapple, chicken and green peppers.
    Place kabobs in shallow baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
