Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Squeeze excess liquid from zucchini.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Heat butter in pan.
    Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of batter into pan; brown both sides.
