Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 small can drained crushed pineapple
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or more
    1 small jar drained pimientos
    seasoned salt to taste (1 Tbsp.)
    crushed pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and shape into two balls.
    If they seem too soft to hold their shape, add more grated Cheddar.
    Roll in crushed pecans before serving.
