Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 2/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in strawberries and pecans.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
