Quick Pasta Sauce With Black Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small can chopped black olives
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1 lb. cooked fine spaghetti or linguini pasta
Preparation

Saute garlic in oil, add olives, then rest of ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer slowly as you cook pasta.
Drain pasta, cover with sauce and serve hot.
Serves 3 to 4 people.
