Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. grated zucchini or canned
1/2 c. grated nuts
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and zucchini.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
Beat egg until foamy. Add vanilla and sugar mixture.
Add flour mixture to egg.
Blend. Add nuts.
Divide batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at about 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until done.
Cool on rack.
