Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

1 cake yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
In large bowl, combine the next 8 ingredients.
Add yeast to this mixture.
Add flour; mix well. Cover; let rise until double.
Stir down and turn into greased casserole dish.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt after you remove bread from pan.
