Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 c. cut-up vegetables (broccoli, carrots, sweet red pepper)
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, in a tablespoon oil, stir-fry 1/2 of chicken until brown.
    Remove and repeat with remaining chicken.
    In 1 tablespoon oil, stir-fry vegetables with ginger and garlic powder until just tender.
    Add soup, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Heat to boil.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Serve over rice.
