Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. butterscotch bits
Preparation
    In a large pan, melt margarine with hot water.
    Add brown sugar and beat well with spoon.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add sugar mixture.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Sprinkle with butterscotch bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
