Amish Friendship Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Mix wet ingredients together well.
Mix dry ingredients together well.
Add dry ingredients to the wet.
Add one cup of apples, or raisins, or nuts or dates.
Or instead of putting nuts in the batter, put them in the bottom of baking pan(s).
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, then add the batter.
Bake in a greased, well-floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or bake in 2 loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
