Grandma Babe'S Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. ripe tomatoes
3 onions
2 sweet red peppers
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
3 short sticks cinnamon
Preparation

Peel tomatoes and onions.
Remove seeds from peppers and slice. Cook vegetables 30 minutes.
Run through colander.
Boil pulp until thick.
Put allspice and other spices in rag and add all together with remaining ingredients.
Cook until thick.
Pour up into jars and seal.
