Ingredients

2 1/4 qt. all-purpose flour
3 1/3 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
3 c. butter or margarine
1 qt. plus 1/2 c. sugar
8 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients (except sugar).
Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat to blend.
Add dry ingredients (blend).
Place cookies on well-greased baking sheet with No. 40 scoop (1 3/4 tablespoons).
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 100 cookies.
