Weight Watchers Banana Croquette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. sugar substitute
    pinch of cinnamon
    2 oz. evaporated milk (skim)
    1/2 banana or 1
Preparation
    Tear bread into small pieces.
    Add egg, vanilla, sugar substitute, cinnamon and milk.
    Cut banana into chunks.
    Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
    Serves 1.
