Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Stir together the dry ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Mix cereal with milk in a bowl.
    Allow to stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add egg and oil.
    Beat well.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
    Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
