Soft Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. solid shortening
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter and shortening. Add brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add egg. Mix thoroughly.
    In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add to peanut butter mixture.
    Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
