Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated squash (summer squash or zucchini, about 3/4 lb.)
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, oil, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add squash and mix well.
    Stir in flour and pecans. Pour into well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or less, until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool.
