Onion-Cheese Supper Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook onions in small amount of oil until tender (but not brown).
Combine egg and milk. Add to biscuit mix and stir only until just moistened.
Add onions, half of the shredded cheese and the parsley.
Spread dough in an 8 x 1 1/2-inch round pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Drizzle melted margarine over the top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
