Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly but well.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture and stir until well blended.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
