Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice or 1 orange and rind, boil and cool, add water to make 3/4 c.
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
??? tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. cranberries, chopped coarse
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add cranberries and nuts.
Beat egg and orange juice.
Stir to mix.
Grease pan and flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Butter top while hot.
