Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. celery, diced
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cut up the eggs coarsely.
Add celery, grated onion, seasoning and mayonnaise.
Mix lightly.
