Applesauce Drop Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or 25 crushed tablets
    1 egg
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. raisins, cut in half
    1 c. all-bran cereal
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and soda together. Cream butter, sweetener and egg together until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and applesauce alternately, mixing well after each addition.
    Fold in raisins and all-bran.
    Drop by level tablespoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Yields 4 dozen cookies.
