Extra Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts flakes
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken. Dip chicken in milk, then in Grape-Nuts flakes. Bake in Teflon pan at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Do not turn chicken during baking.
