Zucchini-Beef Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 pt. tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. zucchini or other squash
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef with onion, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, dill pickes, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini/other squash, cover and cook 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
    Serve over egg noodles.
