Sea Fare(Seafood Florentine Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (flounder, haddock, pollock, etc.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of shrimp or Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange fish fillets in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and pepper. Spoon
    soup
    over
    fillets.
    Top
    with spinach.
    Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
    Pour over spinach. Bake,
    uncovered,
    about
    40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Let
    stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
