Italian-Style Sauce - cooking recipe

4 small cans tomato paste
1 clove fresh garlic
oregano
Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
Preparation

Brown Italian sausage in frypan.
Using a crock-pot, or large pot on low heat, empty contents of tomato paste into pot.
Add water (to equal amounts of tomato paste), stirring constantly. Sauce should be thick, not watery.
Add crushed garlic, oregano and Italian sausage.
Simmer 4 to 6 hours.
