Zucchini Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Healthy Choice hamburger
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
1 (6 inch) zucchini, grated
salt, pepper and oil
nonfat cracker crumbs as needed to absorb excess moisture
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into patties and fry in oil.
Serve on toasted buns with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Serves 4 to 6.
