Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil, blending well; add eggs and beat until light and creamy.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to creamed mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pans (or two 9-inch loaf pans).
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
    Cool 15 minutes in pans; remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
    Bread freezes very well.
