Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar or less
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. or more self-rising flour
    1/2 stick melted butter (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in mixing bowl. Add sugar, oil and egg. Stir to dissolve sugar. Mix in 1 cup of the flour until smooth.
    Place over pan of hot water.
    Cover with towel and let it rise 15 minutes.
