Molasses Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 3 or 4-quart saucepan over low heat.
    Remove from heat; let cool.
    Add sugar, molasses and egg; beat well. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to first mixture.
    Mix well and chill.
    Form in 1-inch balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
