Caramel-Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 stick butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup half-and-half
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 cup chopped, toasted pecans
    8 oz. Rolo candies
Preparation
    Combine four and baking soda;
    set aside.
    Beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar;
    mix in egg, half & half and vanilla.
    Beat in flour mixture, then stir in pecans and Rolo candies, cut in half.
    Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Cool on racks.
    Makes 3 dozen.
