Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
powdered sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Quick Quaker oats
Preparation

Put margarine in a bowl; let stand until soft.
Beat margarine with a fork or wooden spoon; stir in sugar, water, vanilla and cocoa.
Then mix in oats.
Shape into 36 balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Refrigerate.
