Tomato Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 can (1 pt. 2 oz.) tomato juice
    1/8 c. Italian dressing
    1 tomato, peeled and diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 cucumber, pared and diced
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over tomato juice.
    Cook over low heat, stirring, until gelatine is dissolved.
    Add dressing and stir.
    Chill mixture until it begins to thicken. Fold in tomato, green pepper and cucumber.
    Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold or 6 individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
