Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. soda
2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix and then add nuts.
Bake in 1 pound coffee cans filled half full for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or use bread pans.
Do not grease cans or pans.
