Italian Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 3/4 c. bread flour
    1/2 c. oil
    cornmeal (for sprinkling baking sheet)
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. crushed red hot pepper (dried)
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water and set aside.
    Mix flours, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Mix into dry ingredients.
    Knead for 10 minutes or 10 seconds in food processor.
    Cover and let rise about 1 hour (until double in bulk).
    Punch down and let rest 15 minutes.
