Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt oleo and caramels.
    Mix well with Eagle Brand.
    Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over cake. Pour caramel mixture on.
    Pour on remaining cake mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
