Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. margarine
2 small cream cheese
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix flour, oleo and cream cheese; refrigerate 1 hour.
In another bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and butter.
Press into mini muffin pan from 1st mixture, about 1-inch dough to each cookie.
Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar mixture per cookie.
Top each with crushed pecans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes 48 cookies.
