Baked Seafood Salad(Great For Leftover Boiled Shrimp!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Creole mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
1 lb. white lump crabmeat or 1 can
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
paprika
Preparation

In a 2 or 3-quart dish, saute butter, mushrooms, green peppers and onion.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and paprika.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and paprika.
