Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs with an electric mixer.
Continue beating and add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in zucchini, walnuts, coconut and raisins.
Pour into greased pans (will make 2 loaf pans, 1 Bundt pan or 1 tube pan).
Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
