Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned, drained and cooled
    1 doz. eggs
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Grease or spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Crack in the eggs.
    Do not beat!
    Stir a little, breaking yolks.
    Sprinkle on half the cheese.
    Drizzle on the cream.
    Sprinkle on mushrooms. Sprinkle on onion and green pepper.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on sausage.
    Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test with knife for doneness. Let set 5 minutes. Cut and serve with toast and juice.
