Grandma Meda'S Sugar Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine (1/2 butter okay)
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Make into 2 rectangles of dough. Roll into waxed paper.
    Chill overnight. Slice very thin (1/4-inch or less).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden on the edges.
    Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
    These freeze well.
