Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. All-Bran
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    8 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Dilute 1 yeast cake in 1/4 cup warm water and add to mixture.
    Add flour.
    Let rise and punch down.
    Bake 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
