Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar (granulated)
    1/4 c. water
    8 to 10 large marshmallows, cut into small pieces
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they peak.
    Bring sugar and water to a boil; place marshmallow pieces in beaten egg whites.
    Beat until mixture is cool and thick.
