Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
In a plastic bag, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, mix egg white and water.
Stir in pecans and mix until damp.
Pour pecans in bag to coat and shake well; spread on a baking sheet and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until dry.
Stir every 20 minutes during baking.
Do not freeze.
Keep in cool, dry place.
Makes 1 pound.
