Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. Carolina rice
    1 c. sugar
    2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in 2-quart pot and cook until thickened. After mixture thickens, beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice and 3 teaspoons vanilla.
    Then add to rice mixture and blend.
