Holiday Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped candied cherries
    2 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
