Poppy Seed Bread Or Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
1/2 c. oil (canola)
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 1 tube/Bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
