Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Combine flour, sugar, spices, salt and soda.
Make a well in the center of the mixture and add pumpkin, oil, eggs and water; mix well.
Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
