Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini, well packed (leave skin on)
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients; beat until well blended.
In a separate bowl, mix the next 5 ingredients.
Add this to first mixture; beat well.
Add zucchini; mix well.
Pour into 2 loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for glass and at 350\u00b0 for metal, for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
