Sunshine Salad(An Ebert Family Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) orange jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. pineapple juice, add water if needed
3 carrots, finely grated
1/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
dash of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Pour over jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Add pineapple, pineapple juice plus water, carrots, pecans, salt and lemon juice.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch container. Refrigerate.
