White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Beat eggs lightly; mix with oil and yeast.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Mix 1/2 of flour, then add the rest. Refrigerate overnight in a large oiled bowl, covered with a damp cloth.
    Knead well.
    Make 2 large loaves; let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden and sounds hollow when tapped, about 20 minutes.
